After a little social media driven tangent at the beginning, we get into the topic of too much rest. What happens when we take too much time away from training? Physically? Mentally? We then go into how experience is what allows us to know when we need rest and when we need to ignore the voices in our heads and get on with it. We go into our personal experiences of this, and how knowing yourself is key to staying consistent with your training.
