In episode 12 Grainne and Emma speak to pelvic health physiotherapist Katie Richardson. Katie, originally from Ireland,  lives in New Zealand and is a mother of 2, with a third baby on the way. She has also been a surrogate for her sister, which is the focus of today's chat. Katie's surrogacy journey is extraordinary, made so more complicated due to the Covid pandemic. We delve into the issues around pelvic health and postnatal rehabilitation as a surrogate but her story goes beyond the realms of pelvic health, it is a tale of sisterly love, motherhood, and beating the odds.
