It's not about what you do once every now and then: It's about what you do on a daily basis thats going to make the most change, give you the most success and make you the most happy.  Consistency over perfection every single day.  Is what you are doing on a daily basis line up with where you want to be? Take a look and work out a new plan going forward, it does not have to be extreme. Small steps win the race.  There is no better feeling than being focused and clear on your goals and where you are heading. No matter what you want to achieve in life; whether that be a personal or professional goal, the key is to remain consistent. You may have heard “consistency is key” but this couldn’t be more true. I realised how important consistency was when I wrote down my goals and the action steps I needed to take for all of them was to be CONSISTENT in that action.
