The holidays can also be a time of the year that is challenging at times. The winter months are ripe ones for coming back to self and looking inward to make the most out of the days that are joyous and the days that are a struggle. Choosing affirmations can help you stay on track and get through with gratitude in your heart. I encourage you to listen to this track on days that you would like to add more power to your reflective process or on days that you find challenging. Write down the affirmations that resonate with you the most and keep them somewhere you can see them for extra affirmation power. I will read each affirmation twice, giving you time in between to say them to yourself. It is okay to do things in my own way. I accept and love all of my emotions. When I am struggling I will remind myself that it is temporary. I am resilient. I love listening to what I most need. The relationship I have with myself is the most important one. I am calm, centered, and balanced. I enjoy finding beauty around me. I deserve to slow down and rest. Today, I give myself grace Doing my best is doing enough. I am thankful for the chance to start fresh in the new year.
