029. Making this mistake makes you easier to manipulate

Be it with narcissists (or other people), this common mistake makes us more vulnerable to being easily manipulated.  But once we're aware of it, it's much easier to avoid making it - even though it may be uncomfortable. But what is the alternative? More pain and manipulation?
