Stephanie interviews Emily Hughes, a mama who navigated a full year in the NICU with her first born child. Emily shares her story as well as tips for parents who find themselves in the NICU. We discuss what you can do to support friends and family members who have a little one in the NICU and how you can support your mental health through this process.
