They say that a goal without a plan is a wish. When we decide that we want to lose weight, run a 5k, or even something as simple eating healthier, we know what we want, but often, we don’t spend the time to figure out how the goal is actually going to get done. Sometimes, we think about accomplishing something, and although the idea of having that thing is appealing, we don’t want to do the work to make it happen. But when something IS important, something that we really really want, a little bit of forethought can really help to aid in success.
