Weekly goals contain: volume intensity of sessions number of long sessions number of lift sessions maybe something to motivate you: complete one over under session this week, TICK THAT BOX. This will also help those of us that want to do MORE, do the right amount. there’s a reason it says 3h and not 4h. Or if i do my 4h today, i can do less tomorrow.
