Tour of South Florida: My 3 Lessons Learned After 891 TSS in 4 Days 😑🍚

I have a young athlete that I told he has to write down three lessons that he learned after every race, and I thought to myself: why am I not still doing that? So I’ve risen from the ashes after my fourth stage, which is not a real stage in the tour of South Florida, but I was talking to Patrick today and he was like “dude you sound tired”.
