HR Works (Episode 9): New Overtime Regs Create Tough Decisions for Employers

On May 18, the DOL released long-awaited changes to the overtime regulations--the first major changes to the FLSA since 2004. The regulations take effect on December 1, 2016, but that may be little consolation to the many employers faced with tough decisions regarding their workforce in the wake of these far-impacting changes.
