On today’s HEALING 101, I am speaking to Rayyan Zafar - a Neuropsychopharmacologist at Imperial College Centre for Psychedelic research where he explores the neurobiology of drugs and addiction and how psychedelics may be used to treat individuals with mental health conditions. Rayyan also works as a research officer for Drug Science, conducting policy and scientific work in the area of drug policy and also appeared in a documentary looking at the impact of medical cannabis for children with epilepsy. I’m talking to him today all about addiction and how psychedelics might begin to play a more vital part in treatment.Find Rayyan:https://www.imperial.ac.uk/people/r.zafar19https://twitter.com/RayyanZafar6Follow Hurt to Healing on Instagram:@hurttohealingpodA big thank you our wonderful charity partner Shout.
