Food is a tricky subject for many of us, myself included, and I was keen to find out what sparked her interest in nutrition, having come from a modelling background qualifying as a nutritionist and naturopath in 2009. Whereas now she works from a central London clinic whilst writing for publications such as Vogue and Tatler. Rosemary is passionate about the power of good nutrition and is very vocal about how crucial our diets are for reducing anxiety and ultimately improving our mental health.
