7: Pepe Raventós

To kick off a new season of 'In The Drink', Joe talks to Pepe Raventós of Raventós i Blanc winery in Catalonia, Spain. Pepe represents the 21st generation to make wine on his historic vineyard, which actually established the Cava appellation. But now, under Pepe's guidance, Raventós i Blanc has moved on from Cava and has begun a whole new era of winemaking.
