Episode 21: Authentic Leadership - Learning, Delivering, Serving

Authentic Leadership can come from within or be developed through experience at various stages of a career. But, what does Authentic Leadership mean to you? I’m joined by Fredrik Samanta to discuss our respective thoughts on “Authentic Leadership” and the forms it can take throughout our journey through life.  A few questions to consider:How would you describe Authentic Leadership? At what stage of your career do you know what type of leader you are? Is the source of leadership through nature or nurture? As individuals embark on their career, their leadership qualities evolve based on their environment and experiences.
