Episode 37: To Compare or Not to Compare

Do you wonder if we promote ourselves with a genuine intent or is it self serving? When you open  LinkedIn or Instagram, do you compare yourself to others? We may copy someone's homework or test sheet, but we should allow our grade(s) in life be determined by the answers we choose  to the questions life throws our way. Fred, a friend and professional coach based in Europe, explores these topics with me through personal examples and experiences. We initially discuss the motivation behind Self-Promoting our work and then shift into underlying reasons that lead us to compare ourselves to others to define our path forward.
