Want to learn our Sciatica Method that has helped thousands across the world eliminate their sciatica? Click here! https://bit.ly/sciatica-free Many people are under the impression that they need a "strong core" for low back pain, or that the reason for their low back pain is because they have a "weak core". Well, this isn't exactly true. Research shows the strength of your core DOES NOT relate to your low back pain! How might this be? Well, no elite athlete on the planet would get low back pain if this was true yet professional weightlifters, strongman, gymnasts, or football players get low back issues all the time. Additionally, low back pain is multifaceted and has many influences. Some of you may be trying to strengthen your core to recover from low back issues and maybe making it even worse! Here I will discuss what exercises may be making your low back issues worse, why that happens, and what alternatives you can choose from to help set you up for success. Not ultimately, it's important to find ways to exercise pain-free but even if we find core exercises that don't cause low back pain, doing them will not be the solution. You still need to address the root of the issue for proper disc herniation or sciatica recovery. I have never resolved someone's low back issues online with only core exercises. It will never happen because it just isn't the solution! It may be a part of the solution though.
