Understanding how your movements, exercises, and activities affect the nerve symptoms can greatly change your understanding of how to begin resolving these issues the right way! Centralization is when symptoms move out of the leg towards the low back. Peripheralization is when symptoms move further down the leg. Finding movements that cause centralization is the key to sciatic nerve relief!
