TBF Folsom Swimrun 2022 Race Report

Welcome to episode 134 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! Right on the heels of last week’s Ödyssey Swimrun Casco Bay race report show…we have another race report for this past weekend’s TBF Racing’s Folsom Swimrun. This was our 10th Swimrun and our first with our collective families present to share in the experience. We went in with zero expectations for this inaugural Swimrun and we experienced a really fun, well-organized event that we really enjoyed. (Also, we won the long course team division, so that was cool.)
