Rhonda Britten was the middle child of three girls and the target of her dads physical and emotional abuse. At the age of just 14, she was the sole witness to her father shooting and killing her mom and then himself. Her and her sisters raised themselves after that. No parent figures from 14 on, no adults that cared about her well being, Rhonda took on beliefs that she was not worthy of much. After attempting to take her own life three times, she finally surrendered to feeling all of the pain and it is then that she started to put meaning to her pain. It was that pain that turned to purpose. Rhonda figured out a method to shift her out of depression and anxiety.
