Consistent habits are key to success in any domain, yet many of us find it difficult to implement these on a daily basis. We explore if morning routines are actually important, can they help us during the day or do they just contribute to a small part of the puzzle.  We also discuss different routines I implement myself and with clients to help get the most out of the morning and promote a positive attitude towards the day.
