This episode is my advice to all the different age groups of what I would have done better if I could go back in time to any of these years:  10-19 years-old, 20-29 year-olds OR 30-39 year-olds.  Everyone wishes they can do something different from the past, so why not listen to someone who has already been there.   It's like listening to someone from the FUTURE!
