There is this idea that talent is obscure and precious. Like if we could only find that one person who would be able to do this thing or save this process or run this company then we would all be free and work would be perfect. Leaders often tout that they seek out the best talent, and then several months later complain about that same talent. So, what's the deal? Where is the talent and how do we find it?
