I am surrounded by a supportive and loving energy that helps me sleep peacefully. I allow myself to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation. PAUSE… I am filled with gratitude for the love and support in my life. My mind is clear and focused on positive thoughts. I am worthy of a peaceful and restful sleep.
