I have a background of disordered eating but for some 18 months now have been following macros and eating regularly never skipping meals yet still have to rely on discipline to stop eating rather than due to feeling 'satisfied' ie. My stomach can feel extremely full yet, I'm still not 'satisfied'. Increasing my fat intake seemed to help a little but not as much as I would like. I have hypothyroidism and terrible digestion so I'm wondering if that's the cause?? ... Any tips or ideas?
