We went on a vacation with my plan being to come off of the cut afterwards. I think I reversed too quickly. My weight has been consistently up about 3-4 pounds for the last few weeks. I’m enjoying more food and hitting PRs at the gym which is awesome. However I’m just worried about putting on too much excess fat. Should I cut calories for a short period of time and work back up slowly?
