Mike serves on the board of directors of the Association for Talent Development(ATD), he is the GTD Enterprise Architect at Zappos, Inc., and is the founder of the productivity consulting firm enPractice, LLC. Today, Mike integrates the best-practices from his large enterprise, small business, and entrepreneurial experiences into solutions for his clients.
