My clients each have their unique motivations for wanting beautifully sculpted arms, but they all share one particular challenge—overcoming the desire to skip workouts or indulge a bit too much. They often tell me, “It would be so easy to sculpt my arms if I didn’t want to skip my workout or eat so much!” Most people then turn to willpower. But let's be honest, ramping up willpower often leads us into a relentless cycle of desire and resistance. It's exhausting, isn't it? There's a better way, a more sustainable way to get you out of that cycle. In today's episode, I'm excited to share with you why using willpower to workout or try to eat less is not the answer.
