The reason I am chatting to Sonia about this today is because her branding process is highly unique, personal and detailed to a point where elements of it can be used for any self scrutiny exercise. Need to find out what your values are? What makes you happy? What you enjoy? What energy you want to omit? Etc! All of these can be looked at much like one can when developing a brand. It may even open your eyes to the intentions of brands and the thought that goes into creating something bigger than ones self. A little bit different this week but nonetheless valuable.
