#229 Knowing You're Not Ready for Change After Breast Cancer

Better Than Before Breast Cancer with The Breast Cancer Recovery Coach - A podcast by Laura Lummer - Fridays

Many breast cancer survivors feel pressure to make changes in their lives, such as adopting a healthier lifestyle or making major career changes. However, it's important to understand that change can be difficult and requires a level of readiness.  It's okay to acknowledge that you're not ready for change, and it's important to take the time to process your experiences and emotions before embarking on any major changes.   Rushing into change without proper preparation can lead to feelings of overwhelm, frustration, and shame.  When you're ready to make changes, it's essential to start with small, easy changes that you can build upon over time.   Making small changes can help you gain momentum and confidence, leading to more significant changes over time.  Remember that everyone's journey is different, and it's okay to take things at your own pace. Be patient with yourself and allow the space and freedom to know yourself exactly as you are and to be ok with that.  Referred to in this episode: Becoming You Self-Love after Breast Cancer FREE  online event Follow me on Social Media:  Facebook  Instagram  Pinterest  YouTube
