What does it mean to you to feel grounded? The Merriam-Webster dictionary says it’s to be mentally and emotionally stable. In Ayurveda, it means being connected with the Earth’s energy. However you define it, western science is proving that the practice of grounding, or physically touching the earth may have some remarkable benefits that range from better sleep to wound healing.
