We Love the Smell of Acquisitions in the Morning

The week of July 4th is usually pretty slow, but there were plenty of fireworks this year. Aside from a big acquisition, Facebook, Walmart and Hallmark are in the news, as well as a segment on rainbow-colored flags and the companies that say they support them, but in reality, not-so-much.
