Jacques Pépin and Jean-Frédéric Hugel

Legendary Chef, Teacher, Artist and PBS-TV Cooking Series Host Jacques Pépin discusses cooking with his granddaughter, Shorey, in his book, "A Grandfather's Lessons." Pépin is a recipient of the Chevalier de L'Ordre National de la Legion d'Honneur, the French government's highest honor. Jean Frédéric Hugel, is 13th generation member of Famille Hugel, a wine estate in Alsace, France, dating back to 1639. Famille Hugel produces world renowned bone dry Rieslings, Gewurtzraminer and Pinot Gris.
