Jehangir Mehta and John Moynier

Jehangir Mehta has been called "the most sustainable chef on earth" by Michelin Guide. Owner of Graffiti Earth and Me & You restaurants in New York City, Jehangir shares his passion for sustainable practices and zero waste food. Air Force veteran, John Moynier, has worked as a winemaker for over 40 years, most of that time for C Mondavi & Family in California. His Purple Heart Wine, a red blend, supports the Purple Heart Foundation, a nonprofit to aid military veterans and their families.
