The Context of White Supremacy hosts the 6th and final study session on Dale Carnegie's How To Win Friends And Influence People (1936). It seems many of our listening audience have found at least a few of Mr. Carnegie's suggestions constructive. The last portion of the text offers specific details on improving leadership. As with most of what we've read thus far, he continues to advise against excessive criticism. He encourages gargantuan doses of the opposite - sincere praise and encouragement. Carnegie also recommends that we reference our own errors before spotlighting other's missteps. This should prove especially helpful with Victims of Racism, as all of us were astronomically confused at some point. No one should be made to feel bad for being confused/victimized.
