The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 05/19/23. The Washington Post published a reported titled: Discrimination on the Job Linked to Higher Risk for Hypertension. "Examples of discrimination included feeling more closely watched than other workers, or feeling ignored or not taken seriously by a boss. Some in the study cited workers’ or supervisors’ use of ethnic, racial or sexual slurs or jokes, and some said job promotions were not given fairly." This is precisely why Gus T. hosts a weekly segment devoted to neutralizing workplace racism. Being abused has emotional, biological and spiritual consequences for the victim. Being better prepared for Racism in the workplace can help one minimize problems, stress and anxiety from abuse on the job. We also discuss the near fatal abuse of Brandon Woodruff. A recently hired black maintenance worker in Michigan, Woodruff was ordered to pretend to be a hostile intruder in the children's trauma ward. Children and faculty assumed the black dude was there to kill and rape them. Armed enforcement officials arrived and made Woodruff prostrate himself face down on the ground. Guns were drawn. If Woodruff, the children and faculty were not traumatized before, they are now. Countless lawsuits have been filed. #KeepItProfessional #TheCOWS14Years INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE: 564943#
