The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. We barely survived Memorial Day and may not live to see Independence Day. In the interim, we'll have to make do with Juneteenth. A number of Whites have already voice their stringent opposition to this event becoming a paid federal holiday. If this day is "recognized" on your job, be prepared for tackiness and heaps of direct Racism. Kente cloth napkins, Wal-Mart's Juneteenth sorbet and buckets of fried chicken. We'll also revisit Covid-19 impact on the workplace. It may seem like things are back to "normal;" however, that is not the case. In Oregon, a number of White enforcement officials rejected all policies to ensure a safe working environment. They refused the mandatory vaccine and also flaunted regular testing requirements for unvaccinated staff. This sort of misconduct has been widespread for the duration of the Covid-19 crisis. Don't allow these antics to compromise your own commitment to health and safety. #IsYourCoWorkerPaytonGendron #Juneteenth #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#
