The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 08/18/23. A listener wrote Gus T. this week to ask about the best way to handle her performance review and if non-white people should brag on their productivity and accomplishments at work. Yours truly was tickled because spoke about this very topic in the spring of this year. We included a Wall Street Journal report on the subject matter to boot. As it relates to the job, Gus recommends that non-white people highlight their contributions to the company's development. White Supremacists consistently ignore our efforts and steal our intellectual property. And sometimes they kills us. D'Monterrio Gibson, a privileged black male FedEx driver, was shot at by a White father and son in 2022. A year an half later and three days into the criminal trial, the judge declared a mistrial after a White enforcement official neglected to submit evidence to the prosecution and defense attorneys. Gibson got no vacation days after being nearly killed, and at this point, no one has been prosecuted. It's as though Gibson's life did not matter - which is exactly what he said when all this started last year. #KeepItProfessional #TheCOWS14Years INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE: 564943#
