The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. News outlets continue hemorrhaging reports on the ever evolving dynamics in the workplace. Once again, Gus T. thought he had assembled all of the audio reports for this week's program. Then, the U.S. Surgeon General issued a "warning that the American workplace needs to change to better support the emotional and physical well-being of employees." They encouraged increased wages, time off for emotional well-being, and said these changes would help combat depression and mental illness. Nothing is more disruptive in the workplace and beyond, than the System of White Supremacy. Also this week, a former Planned Parenthood employee reported that she was subjected to such intense Racist abuse that she had to visit the hospital emergency room.
