The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Gus T. was one again approached by a non-white female who had a new round of problems on the job - like most (if not all) non-white people. She shared that one of her non-white co-workers quit his job without giving notification. His unannounced resignation created a host of problems for his non-white co-workers who were not calling it quits. In fact, their non-white colleague was so unprofessional during their final shift together, she feared that he may have tampered with company property. She questioned if she should inform management (Whites) about what happened. This is a pitiful illustration of why Gus recommends that non-white people always make their best effort to resign from a job in a professional manner. Cursing out the boss, looting company property, and/or any other vengeful acts should be avoided.
