Our guest for the evening was forced to reschedule, but our listening audience chimed in to discuss workplace Racism. A significant number of black female listeners discussed challenges to having healthy relationships with other black females and conflict with black coworkers in general. We offered suggestions on how to minimize workplace conflict, and reminded everyone to remember that black people are Victims of Racism.
