The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Alabama Amazon employees voted to reject unionization this week. Amazon executives are gleeful and workers will continue to look for ways to improve warehouse labor conditions. A throng of reports continue documenting the return to in person work environments. Large chunks of the population remain unvaccinated and virus rates continue to fluctuate. We'll discuss how our places of employment are adjusting to the times.
