The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to improve non-white people's problem-solving skills and to fortify how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've discovered the best means to minimize quarrels with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in with details. We always value and appreciate the observations of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self-employed" makes your labor experience better. Several listeners voiced an interest in forming a group to brainstorm ideas to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details. We'll hear counter-racist suggestions from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus recommends Victims of Racism write down significant workplace episodes. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more trustworthy than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share significant portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
