The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on neutralizing Workplace Racism. The purpose for this program is to strengthen non-white people's problem-solving ability and refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the best strategy to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in with particulars. We always value and appreciate the observations of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self employed" makes your labor experience better. The past few months have been saturated with discussion of sexual harassment in the workplace. Although White Women have been presented as the default victims of sexual violence, unwanted touching, rape, and molestation in the workplace have been problems for Black females and males for centuries - dating back to the cotton fields. One might be able to use the current environment to address sexual abuse in your workplace. We'll also hear counter-racist suggestions from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus suggests Victims of Racism write down important workplace episodes. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more reliable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share significant portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
