Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring followed suit and confessed to darkening up to look like former rap artist Kurtis Blow. Coincidentally, all of this has been consumed by accusations that Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax sexually assaulted two females. For a few hours, Fairfax was thought to be minutes from being named the new governor.
