The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly gathering on Workplace Racism. The reason for this broadcast is to fortify non-white people's problem-solving skills and to fine-tune how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've unearthed the optimal method to reduce conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other racial hostility we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to dial in and share particulars. We always welcome the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, let us know how being "self-employed" changes your experience with Whites on the job.
