The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The purpose for this program is to improve non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to strenghten how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've figured out the optimal technique to reduce strife with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other abuse we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to dial in with details. We always appreciate the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, tell us how being "self-employed" alters your contact with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus suggests Victims of Racism document critical workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share important portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
