The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The purpose for this broadcast is to improve non-white people's problem-solving ability and to fine-tune how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've unearthed the best method to minimize strife with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist labor conditions should immediately dial in with particulars. We always welcome the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, inform us on how being "self-employed" improves your work experience. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus encourages Victims of Racism to write down significant workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more trustworthy than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share important portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
