The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to enhance non-white people's problem-solving ability and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've discovered the optimal method to eliminate strife with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other aggression we experience under Racist labor conditions should immediately call in with particulars. We always welcome the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, tell us how being "self-employed" improves your work experience. We'll hear counter-racist suggestions from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus recommends Victims of Racism write down important workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share important portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
