The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to refine non-white people's problem-solving skills and to improve how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've caluclated the best way to reduce with conflict White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other aggression we experience under Racist labor conditions should immediately call in with details. We always welcome the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, tell us how being "self-employed" improves your work experience. We'll hear counter-racist counsel from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus recommends Victims of Racism write down important workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking.
