The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly gathering on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to fine-tune non-white people's problem-solving skills and to improve how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've figured out the optimal method to minimize disputes with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in with specifics. We always value and appreciate the observations of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self-employed" improves your workplace experience. Several listeners have voiced an interest in forming a group to formulate ideas to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking.
